Thank you for choosing our educational products on www.meded-academy.com. Please read this policy in relation to purchased course(s) and/or standalone module(s) carefully.
Cancellation before the formal start date of the course (1st September or 1st March or before your first access to course material)
Cancellation before the formal start date of the course or before first access to online course material or onsite simulation training will attract an administration charges of 15%.
Cancellation after the formal start date of the course (1st September or 1st March or before your first access to course material)
The course fee is non-refundable if cancellation is requested 15 days or more after the formal start date of the course (1st September or 1st March or first access to course material at any other time during the year). Cancellation request earlier than 15 days will attract an administration charges of 15% provided the course learning material has not been accessed online and/or onsite at our training facility. If it has been accessed, the course fee is non-refundable.
The fee of any standalone course/module is non-refundable once online and/or onsite access have been set up.
Exchange of one module with another within a specific course is permitted if the request is made within 30 days of the start of the course (1st September or 1st March) and provided the course learning material has not been accessed online and/or onsite at our training facility. Standalone modules are non-exchangeable.
Refunds will be made, after the appropriate deductions, using the same original method of payment.
